CoinVerum provides informational tools and market data derived primarily from public blockchain activity and decentralized exchange liquidity. Features, assets, networks, sources and methodologies may change over time.
2. No financial advice
CoinVerum does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
Digital assets are volatile and may result in total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions, due diligence and compliance with laws applicable to you. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
3. Data limitations
On-chain data can be delayed, incomplete, reorganised, manipulated or affected by smart contract, node, indexing and third-party failures. Prices and simulations may differ from executable results because of fees, slippage, routing, gas, latency and changing liquidity. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete or current.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, overload, probe or circumvent security or rate limits.
- Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights or distribute malicious software.
- Misrepresent CoinVerum data or branding as an endorsement or guaranteed outcome.
- Use automated access in a way that materially degrades the Service for others.
5. Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on blockchains, protocols, wallets, data providers and websites operated by others. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content, security or availability.
6. Intellectual property
CoinVerum names, presentation and original content are protected by applicable law. Public blockchain data remains subject to its underlying nature, and open-source code is governed by the licence published with the relevant repository.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service without notice. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Advertising and sponsorships
The Service may display clearly labelled third-party advertisements or sponsored material. Advertising does not constitute CoinVerum's endorsement, does not affect market data or rankings, and remains subject to the advertiser's own terms. Users should independently evaluate every advertised product and destination.
9. Paid API and x402 payments
Some machine-readable resources require a per-request payment through the x402 protocol. The HTTP 402 response states the exact asset, network, recipient and maximum amount before a user or client authorises payment. Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. A successful settlement purchases only the response to that request and does not guarantee future availability, market outcomes or fitness for an automated trading strategy.
If a verified request cannot produce the resource, CoinVerum will not intentionally settle the payment. Duplicate submission, wallet, network and third-party facilitator behaviour remain subject to the relevant protocol and service limitations.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. CoinVerum disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or investment losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service.
